Pet-Friendly Shopping Malls in Hong Kong (2026)

Hong Kong’s dog admission scheme is about restaurants, but several shopping malls also welcome dogs in the mall itself. The rules vary a lot — some allow dogs mall-wide, others only in designated zones, or only if your dog is leashed or carried in a stroller. Below is a verified list; always confirm on the mall’s own page before you go, as policies change.

Before you visit

Each mall sets its own pet policy and can change it without notice. We show the date we last verified each one, but please confirm on the official page linked above before travelling.

Policies vary widely. Some malls welcome leashed dogs throughout the common areas; others restrict pets to certain floors or zones, require your dog to be carried or in a pet stroller, or set a size or weight limit. A few open their doors to pets only during special events. Read each mall’s rule above so you know what to expect at the door.

Good mall etiquette keeps these policies in place: keep your dog leashed or carried as the mall requires, clean up immediately, keep your dog off shop merchandise and out of food halls unless allowed, and visit at quieter times if your dog is nervous in crowds. Lifts and busy atriums can be overwhelming, so give your dog space.

Inside a mall, restaurants still follow their own rules: only restaurants approved under the FEHD dog admission scheme may admit dogs. Use the map to see which venues inside each mall are approved.

Remember that a mall allowing dogs in its common areas is a separate thing from a restaurant admitting dogs — a pet-friendly mall does not automatically mean its restaurants are dog-friendly, and an approved restaurant may sit inside a mall that does not allow pets in its walkways. Check both before you go.
